The Leaf Collection badge: every leaf and its odds
Every time you enter a zone, one special leaf might appear there. Collect the whole set to earn the badge. The odds fall fast: the Front Yard’s leaf always appears, the Basement’s only 1% of the time.

Why so few players have it
The Basement leaf appears 1% of the time, so on average you would enter the basement 100 times before you see it once. And the basement only opens at the very end of a full run of The House.
